We are able to clean oriental rugs including : - Chinese, Indian, Turkish, Persian, woven or tufted. All rugs need to be assessed to make the best choice of cleaning method be that wet or dry. Rugs are coloured and finished in many different ways using a variety of materials, dyes and processes in their production and some have the potential to shrink or bleed colours if the wrong process is used. Extensive dry soil removal is required before any cleaning solutions are used to clean the fibres.

Rugs can be cleaned with hot water extraction but better results are obtained by full immersion in water during cleaning. Rugs can be lightly cleaned at the customer's address if space allows but for the best results we suggest cleaning the rugs off-site. This allows us to perform the most effective cleaning whereby the rug can be immersed in water which is the best way to clean heavily soiled rugs especially if they have odour problems. Rugs can be collected and cleaned in around 7 - 10 days and returned fully dried out to the customer's address.
