For the best results we follow these cleaning steps :-

• Using a powerful upright vacuum cleaner we dry vacuum to remove dry soil, dirt and dust because around 80% of the soiling in the carpet is non-soluble.
• Then we concentrate on the last 20% of soiling which will mainly consist of sticky and oily residues. We apply a suitable Eco-friendly pre conditioner which will help to break down this remaining soil.
• To improve soil removal we brush the carpet to enable the cleaning products to reach all areas of soiling.
• We pre-treat any remaining spots to encourage their removal.
• Finaly a hot water extraction rinse to flush all the soil from the carpet.

To ensure that your carpet is usable as soon as possible, air blowers can be used to reduce the drying times further.

Our services include :-

• During cleaning sofas, tables and empty furniture can be moved with our furniture sliders without without damaging the fibres.
• After cleaning furniture will have protective pads placed underneath legs or wheels to protect against staining.
• These pads will be left under furniture until the carpet dries.
• If required, stain protection can be applied to the freshly cleaned carpet.

Stain protectors will not stop the carpet getting dirty but reduce the chances of a stain becoming permanent when used in conjuction with our stain removal advice.
