We joined The National Carpet Cleaners Association after our extensive training with the IICRC and have been Members since 2007.

We became Advanced Members in 2013 and have trained with the association in many areas including spot and stain removal and specialist rug cleaning.

The NCCA is the only nationally recognised authority on all aspects of the carpet, rug, upholstery and hard floor cleaning industries.

We are a Woolsafe Gold Star Member having been an Approved Service Provider for more than 10 years. We are a Woolsafe Approved Rug Care Specialist providing off site rug cleaning of tufted and hand knotted wool rugs with facilities to immersion clean rugs when required. We attend Woolsafe training courses to broaden our knowledge and prepare us for cleaning specialist fine fibres like viscose and silk. We are proficient in cleaning wool carpets always using Woolsafe approved products for good results.
